The Problem
The National Association of the Deaf in Romania operates across multiple branches nationwide. Their operations were fragmented: member records kept manually, beneficiary services tracked in spreadsheets, no central system, and no way for the public to donate or interact with the organization online.
They needed a platform that could unify everything. Manage members and beneficiaries, track service delivery, handle donations, run announcements, and generate Excel reports for each branch, all from one place.
On top of that, they wanted a public-facing side: a donation portal for supporters and a virtual store where partner organizations could browse available services and submit quote requests.
What We Built
We built a full-stack CRM and operations platform covering every part of their workflow. Staff across all national branches now use one system to manage members, track beneficiary services, log donations, post announcements, and pull Excel reports.
On the public side, supporters can donate directly through the platform via Netopia Payments. Beneficiaries log in to their own portal to access services and information. Partner organizations use the institutional virtual store to browse available services and submit quote requests.
Everything is connected under one system, so the team spends less time on admin and more time on the people they serve.

The Result
Every national branch now works from one system. Member and beneficiary data is centralized. Service delivery is tracked. Reports are generated automatically instead of assembled by hand.
The public portal gives supporters a way to donate directly. Beneficiaries have their own secure space to access services. Partner organizations can request services without going through email chains.
